The Result

The construction work encompassed demolition of the existing front stoop and portions of the driveway, followed by installation of new structural beams, foundation, and footers. The addition features custom framing, insulation, drywall, and trim work, along with seven new construction windows to maximize natural light. Exterior finishes include a new roof with matching gutters and downspouts, vinyl siding coordinated to blend with the existing home, and new stairs to grade. Interior finishes include luxury vinyl tile flooring throughout the 169-square-foot space, recessed lighting, an exterior coach light, and complete interior painting. HVAC conditioning was achieved by extending ductwork from the existing adjacent system, ensuring year-round comfort in the new living space.
