This comprehensive garage addition and workshop conversion project in Fairfax, VA transformed the homeowners' existing garage footprint into a highly functional, climate-controlled workspace while adding a brand-new two-car garage. The scope included construction of an approximately 26' x 22' garage with continuous footings, cedar siding to match the existing home, and brick accents flanking the new Clopay Bridgeport Model Carriage House Style garage door. The project also involved closing in the front porch to create a weather-protected foyer entry with custom exterior doors and architectural wall lighting, complete with luxury vinyl tile flooring in Chenille Ash.
