The Result

The scope encompassed complete demolition of the existing front stoop and portions of the driveway, followed by new structural foundation work including beams, footers, and framing. Exterior finishes were carefully matched to the existing home, including vinyl siding, roofing, gutters, and downspouts. Interior finishes included professional drywall, trim carpentry, paint, and the installation of switches and receptacles to meet current code requirements. All work was completed with proper permitting through the county and included full three-year workmanship warranty coverage.
