This project involved the design and construction of an approximately 375-square-foot main level addition on the rear of a residence in Fairfax, VA. The new space encompassed a sunroom/living room, powder bathroom, mudroom, and hallway built on a continuous crawlspace foundation with poured concrete footings and CMU or poured concrete walls.

Powder Room: The powder bathroom features a custom vanity (W003557878) with undermount sink paired with a Delta Champagne Bronze faucet (B3596LF-OB). The Kohler toilet (K-31674) includes a custom lever finish. Coordinating Delta Champagne Bronze accessories include a towel ring (70046-OB) and tissue holder (70050-OB). A decorative mirror and vanity light fixture complete the space. Sunroom/Living Areas: Unfinished hardwood flooring runs throughout the addition.
