The Result

The scope encompassed full architectural and engineering services, permitting, and code compliance. Exterior work included vinyl siding to match the existing home, new roofing with asphalt shingles, seamless aluminum gutters, and pressure-treated stairs with railings. Interior systems were fully integrated with new plumbing rough-ins for bathroom fixtures, electrical service with recessed LED lighting and ceiling fans, and insulated walls meeting current energy codes. The project also involved strategic demolition of the existing rear deck and door modifications to create seamless transitions between old and new spaces, along with the conversion of an existing garage door into a custom pantry area.
