The Result

The bathroom renovation featured a full Wedi shower system with ceiling-height tile, custom tiled bench, semi-frameless glass enclosure, new vanity with granite countertop, and premium fixtures. The dry bar included custom cabinetry with stained finish and dovetail drawers, granite countertop, tile backsplash, and provisions for homeowner-supplied appliances. Luxury vinyl plank flooring was installed throughout the basement common areas, while the bathroom received ceramic tile flooring. The office space featured French double doors for an elegant entry, and the project concluded with comprehensive painting of all new walls, ceilings, and trim with high-quality finishes to seamlessly blend with existing home aesthetics.
