The Result

The exterior work included a new roof with matching gutters and downspouts, vinyl siding carefully coordinated to blend with the existing home, and professional stairs to grade. Interior finishes included drywall, trim work, recessed lighting, switches and receptacles per code, and professional paint application. The project required complete demolition of the existing front stoop and portions of the driveway, with all materials responsibly hauled and disposed of. An existing front door was repurposed as the new addition's entry door, maintaining the home's character while expanding its living space.
