This comprehensive first-floor transformation in Fairfax, Virginia encompassed both a new addition and a complete main-level renovation. The project included constructing a 150-200 square foot addition with full structural framing, insulation, roofing, and exterior finishes carefully matched to the existing home. The addition featured custom interior finishes including LVP flooring, a gas fireplace with raised hearth, complete electrical and lighting systems, and professional paint throughout. The main-level kitchen underwent a full redesign and expansion, requiring the removal and reconfiguration of walls between the living room and sunroom to create an open, flowing layout. Semi-custom Hampshire wooden cabinetry was installed along with new countertops, tile backsplash, plumbing fixtures, and coordinated finishes. The scope extended throughout the entire main level with new LVP flooring installation, creating a cohesive and modernized living space that seamlessly integrated the new addition with the existing home.
