This Fairfax bathroom remodel is a study in thoughtful reconfiguration — one that transforms an undersized bathroom into a well-proportioned, spa-caliber retreat by borrowing square footage from an adjacent closet. The existing layout was reimagined from the ground up: non-load-bearing walls came down, plumbing points were relocated, and a new wall was framed to elegantly screen the toilet from the shower, lending the finished space a sense of privacy and intentional flow. A new closet was constructed to replace what was absorbed, ensuring the home's storage needs remained fully intact.
