KITCHEN
The kitchen transformation centers on custom cabinetry with a stunning Brown Fantasy Leathered granite island countertop. Designer glass tile backsplash provides a sophisticated accent, while dual Kraus Bolden pull-down spray kitchen faucets in stainless steel serve both main and prep sinks. The prep area features a Houzer Club undermount stainless steel bar sink with sound dampening technology. Overhead, Kichler Crosby pendant lights and a coordinating linear chandelier deliver warm, contemporary illumination. An InSinkErator Badger ¾ HP garbage disposal with air switch provides convenient functionality.
MASTER BATHROOM
This luxurious master bath showcases White Wave granite throughout, including vanity countertop, water closet countertop, and custom shower and tub ledge accessories. Custom cabinetry features Top Knobs Lily Collection hardware in satin nickel. The centerpiece is a 59" Signature Hardware "Arrington" acrylic freestanding tub with a wall-mount Signature Hardware "Lavelle" waterfall tub faucet in brushed nickel. Dual Kohler Caxton undermount sinks pair with Signature Hardware "Mathis" wall-mount faucets in brushed nickel. The shower features dual Pfister Contempra rain shower heads with hand shower capability, all controlled by coordinated Pfister Contempra trim. A Kohler "Elmbrook" elongated toilet and custom glass shower enclosure by Dulles Glass complete the space, along with Kichler LED ADA-compliant vanity lighting and a custom pocket door.
BASEMENT BATHROOM
The basement bath features a 36" Washington Bath vanity in Charcoal Gray with Carrara marble top. Coordinated Moen Glyde fixtures in brushed nickel include a shower trim, Magnetix handheld shower system, towel bar, towel ring, robe hook, and tissue holder. The Pfister Ladera widespread faucet in Spot Defense brushed nickel complements the Kohler "Elmbrook" toilet. A Kohler Levity 44"-48" sliding shower door with CleanCoat technology in matte nickel encloses the custom tiled shower. Kendrick 3-light vanity lighting and a Broan InVent 110 CFM exhaust fan provide illumination and ventilation.
