The Result

Beyond the bathroom renovations, the project featured luxury vinyl plank flooring installation throughout the basement, a new egress window in the bedroom for safety and natural light, fresh paint on all walls, and refinished stairs. All interior doors were replaced, along with one exterior door and a new sump pump system. The project required comprehensive permitting including building, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC permits, with all work performed to meet current zoning requirements and building codes. Full architectural and engineering services, design consultation, and project management were provided throughout the 4-5 month construction timeline.
