This comprehensive upper-level addition and renovation project in Oakton, VA transformed underutilized spaces into functional living areas. The scope included constructing an 8' x 10' dormer addition to expand the existing loft space into the family room below, complete with new windows and matching exterior finishes. A luxurious new bathroom was created featuring a double sink vanity with Calacatta Adonia quartz countertops, custom shower with Signature Hardware Vassor fixtures in matte black, and provisions for a sauna. The primary space was reconfigured to create two bedrooms with an adjoining hallway and laundry closet, while one existing window was replaced with a taller unit to match the room's aesthetic.
