Hall Bathroom Designed to balance everyday practicality with a sense of quiet refinement, the hall bathroom centers on a custom vanity with a Pebble Beach engineered stone countertop — a surface that brings soft, natural texture to the space. Dual undermount sinks are paired with two coordinating vanity faucets, while the tub and shower are outfitted with a dedicated tub and shower set and a separate shower head, all enclosed behind a frameless shower door. Accessories throughout — including an 18-inch and 24-inch towel bar, towel ring, robe hook, and paper holder — lend the room a cohesive, hotel-inspired finish. A soaking tub anchors one end of the space, and the room is lit by a central light fixture flanked by two sconces, casting an even, flattering glow across the tile work and vanity.

Kitchen The kitchen strikes a balance between warmth and function, anchored by custom cabinetry and Talisman granite countertops that bring rich, natural variation to the room's palette. A full appliance suite — refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, and microwave oven — integrates seamlessly into the cabinetry layout. At the sink, a single basin is paired with a coordinating faucet and an in-sink disposal with air switch for a clean, uncluttered work area. The tile backsplash introduces pattern and depth behind the range, while under-cabinet lighting and additional recessed lights ensure the workspace is as functional after dark as it is during the day.
