The Result

Additional improvements throughout the basement included complete ceiling replacement with sound-dampening Rockwool insulation and new drywall with recessed lighting, luxury vinyl plank flooring installation, fresh paint on all walls, and refinished stairs. All new interior doors were installed along with one exterior door and a new sump pump system. The project required comprehensive permit acquisition including building, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC permits, with all work completed to current code standards and backed by a three-year workmanship warranty.
