The Result

The renovation extended throughout the entire basement level with luxury vinyl plank flooring, fresh paint on all walls, and a complete ceiling replacement featuring sound-damping Rockwool insulation and recessed lighting throughout. The existing drop ceiling was removed and replaced with new drywall ceilings for a modern, finished appearance. Additional improvements included refinishing the basement stairs, installing new interior doors, adding an exterior door, and installing a new sump pump system. MOSS Building & Design managed all architectural and engineering services, design coordination, permitting, and inspections to deliver a fully transformed basement space.
