Designed to feel like a natural extension of the home's architecture, the screened porch is finished with 5½" tongue-and-groove V-notch STK cedar ceiling planks, with the ridge beam and skylight trim wrapped in matching cedar for a cohesive, crafted look. Overhead, a Fanimation TriAire Custom 72" three-blade indoor/outdoor LED ceiling fan with remote control keeps the space comfortable through every season. Wall lighting is handled by Millennium Lighting 22" outdoor wall sconces in a powder-coated black finish, grounding the space with a clean, architectural accent. For year-round warmth, dual Infratech 3000-watt 240V slim-line infrared radiant heaters are integrated seamlessly into the design — making this porch a true four-season retreat.

The gym is built around a custom perimeter soffit with integrated LED tape lighting and a dedicated controller, delivering layered, adjustable illumination that supports both high-energy workouts and focused recovery — a thoughtful detail that elevates the space well beyond a standard basement room.

The addition is fitted with six vinyl windows — four awning-style units along the rear elevation and two 28" x 52" double-hung windows on the sides — bringing in natural light while maintaining clean sightlines.
