The Result

In conjunction with the addition, the project included strategic kitchen renovations to improve flow and functionality. A load-bearing wall between the kitchen and hallway was removed to create an open-concept layout, while a new window was added to bring natural light into the kitchen space. The scope included all necessary structural engineering, framing modifications, electrical relocations, and finishing work. The bedroom areas received upgraded Anderson windows for improved energy efficiency and aesthetics, while the homeowner elected to complete select finish work including flooring and closet door installation themselves.
