The Result

The scope included structural modifications such as framing a new shower half wall and bench, complete electrical upgrades with vanity lighting, recessed LED fixtures including waterproof shower lighting, and a modern exhaust fan ventilation system. All plumbing was updated using the Uponor PEX system to accommodate the new dual-sink configuration and luxury shower fixtures. The project concluded with custom ceramic and porcelain tile flooring, professional painting throughout, and installation of designer mirrors and bathroom accessories, delivering a cohesive and sophisticated finished space.
