The Result

The renovated bathroom features a new shower surround with modern fixtures, luxury vinyl tile flooring, a vanity cabinet with undermount sink, toilet, and updated lighting including LED recessed lights and a heated exhaust fan. All new electrical work was brought to current code standards with GFCI outlets, and the plumbing system was upgraded using Uponor PEX. The project was completed with fresh drywall, paint-grade trim, new hollow core interior door, and professional painting throughout. All work was performed to meet or exceed Arlington County building codes with proper permitting and inspections.
