The 26th Street Project represents a comprehensive whole-home remodeling effort undertaken by MOSS Building & Design, encompassing structural, mechanical, and finish work from the ground up. The scope touched virtually every layer of the home — from new footings, concrete slab, and excavation through framing, roofing, insulation, and siding — establishing a solid, well-engineered foundation before any finish work began. Masonry elements including block and brick work, along with a masonry fireplace complete with custom trim, add architectural character and permanence to the build.
