Basement
Designed to feel like a seamless extension of the home above, the newly finished basement at N. Nottingham Street grounds the space with luxury vinyl tile flooring installed throughout — from the TV room to the laundry area. The TV room floor received professional floating as part of the preparation process, ensuring a level, polished result underfoot. Interior doors were thoughtfully selected to blend with the home's existing character: single hollow core units carry the established aesthetic from floor to floor, while double louvered closet doors in the laundry area provide both ventilation and a clean, finished look that keeps the functional spaces feeling intentional rather than utilitarian.
