Basement Bathroom
Designed to feel anything but below-grade, the basement bathroom makes a confident style statement anchored by a Gela 36-inch vanity in a rich blue finish, topped with white marble and an integrated white basin — a pairing that brings a spa-like freshness to the space. A matching mirror from Home Depot completes the vanity wall with cohesion. Delta plumbing fixtures in Brilliance Stainless finish run throughout, including a full shower system (Model DT17293SSI/DR10000UNBX) with coordinating accessories and a basin faucet (Model D3538SSMPUDST), both sourced through Ferguson. The shower is enclosed in frameless glass, keeping the footprint feeling open and light, while a mosaic penny tile accent wall introduces handcrafted texture and visual warmth. Cabinetry hardware echoes the artisan tile theme through custom mosaic tile pulls, tying the decorative elements together with an unexpected touch. Overhead, a 100 CFM exhaust fan with edge-lit LED lighting keeps the space both functional and atmospherically well-lit — a quiet but essential finish that elevates the everyday experience.
Basement Flooring
Luxury vinyl tile runs throughout the basement, offering a durable, moisture-resistant foundation that reads as polished and intentional underfoot — the right choice for a below-grade space designed to live like the rest of the home.
