The Result

The scope extended beyond structural additions to include important infrastructure upgrades and modifications. Mechanical systems were enhanced with the relocation of gas lines and manifold systems into a dedicated pool equipment room, improving both safety and aesthetics by concealing previously exposed utilities. Electrical infrastructure was expanded to accommodate modern security and technology needs, with exterior receptacles strategically positioned for outdoor cameras and other equipment. The project demonstrated adaptability through design refinements that optimized deck dimensions and stair configurations while maintaining accessibility and building code compliance.
