Bedroom
Grounded in a soft, airy palette, the bedroom is finished in Benjamin Moore Cloud Cover (OC-25) in matte, a barely-there white that lends the space a calm, restful quality. Underfoot, luxury vinyl flooring selected by MOSS carries the room with durability and warmth, while the closet receives new carpet for a cozy, finished feel.
Bathroom
Designed as a serene retreat, the bathroom brings together refined materials and thoughtfully coordinated fixtures throughout. CS Organic White quartz countertops anchor the vanity with clean, luminous texture, complemented by the Signature Hardware Myers undermount sink and the Signature Hardware Lentz faucet collection — a pairing that feels both tailored and timeless. The custom glass shower enclosure, fabricated by Dulles Glass and Mirror with ClearShield protective coating, frames designer tile selections on both the floor and shower surround, adding depth and visual interest to the space. A DXV toilet brings quiet sophistication to the room's functional elements. The Kohler mirror (K-31364-BNL) reflects light beautifully above the vanity, where a Progress Lighting fixture (P2159-09) in brushed nickel provides warm, even illumination. A Panasonic exhaust fan with integrated motion and humidity sensing and LED lighting rounds out the space — a small but considered detail that keeps the room as practical as it is polished. Walls throughout are finished in Benjamin Moore Cloud Cover (OC-25) matte, tying the entire bathroom together in a cohesive, spa-like calm.
Exterior
The home's exterior receives a full professional repaint, covering the siding, exterior basement walls, and trim for a crisp, refreshed appearance that enhances curb appeal from every angle.
