Kitchen
Designed to balance everyday functionality with refined, enduring style, the Cranbrook Lane kitchen centers on custom cabinetry dressed with Amerock Westerly 5-1/16" handle pulls in a coordinating finish — a detail that brings quiet cohesion to the room. The countertops are Calacatta Lucia by Euro Stone Craft, whose soft white ground and delicate veining lend the space an unmistakably elevated character, complemented by a ceramic tile backsplash that keeps the palette grounded and clean. At the sink, a Kohler Strive 32" Smart Divide under-mount double-bowl sink pairs with Kohler Duostrainer basket strainers in Vibrant Stainless, while the Delta Essa pull-down faucet in Arctic Stainless — with its magnetic docking spray head — adds a sleek, intuitive touch to the workhorse zone. An InSinkErator Badger 3/4 HP garbage disposal, activated via a Delta air switch, keeps the countertop uncluttered. Overhead, Kichler Crosby pendant lights in Brushed Nickel with clear glass shades cast a warm, focused glow that draws the eye and anchors the island as the heart of the kitchen.
Powder Room
The powder room is appointed with a Moro 30" single sink vanity paired with the Signature Hardware Provincetown widespread bathroom faucet, featuring metal lever handles and a coordinating pop-up drain assembly. Matching Provincetown accessories — a towel ring and toilet paper holder — carry the finish language throughout, giving this compact space a sense of considered, intentional design.
Flooring
Wexford Cascade 4" pre-finished hardwood runs throughout the main level, providing a warm, continuous foundation that ties each space together with understated elegance.
Exterior
The addition of an Energy Star rated wood-clad French door — standing approximately nine feet tall with Low-E glass, argon gas fill, grilles, and white hardware — brings both architectural presence and meaningful energy performance to the home's exterior.
