Bronzedale Drive Home Addition

Materials & Finishes

Designed around a cohesive champagne bronze palette, the primary bathroom feels both refined and deeply personal. Custom vanity cabinetry dressed with TK1004HB hardware in champagne bronze anchors the space, paired with specialty countertops finished with half bullnose edge detailing that extends to the shower bench and custom niche sill. Santa Monica White 4x12 polished ceramic tile wraps the tub and shower surrounds, its clean luminosity complementing the coordinating floor tile that flows seamlessly into the adjoining closet — a thoughtful detail that unifies the two spaces. A frameless glass shower enclosure keeps the design open and airy, allowing the tilework to take center stage. Delta plumbing fixtures carry the champagne bronze finish throughout: 597LF-CZMPU faucets at the vanity, a complete Delta shower system featuring the 52680-CZ shower head and hand shower, a coordinating tub filler, and a matching toilet. Accessories — including the 79750-CZ toilet paper holder, 79724-CZ towel bar, towel ring, and robe hooks — bring the same warm metallic tone to every corner of the room. Custom mirrors and curated lighting selections complete the space, lending a polished, editorial finish to what is truly a sanctuary unto itself.

The addition's character is established from the outside in. An oversized old moss brick veneer gives the exterior an authentic, storied presence that feels as though it has always belonged to the home. Inside, hardwood flooring finished in a custom stain color runs throughout the addition, grounding each space with warmth and continuity. Interior glass door selections bring borrowed light between rooms, keeping the new square footage feeling open and connected to the whole.
