The Result

The outdoor improvements were enhanced with the addition of new decking on each side of the screened porch, creating integrated outdoor entertaining spaces that flow naturally from the home's interior. The project required careful coordination of multiple trades including structural framing, electrical systems, and finish carpentry. All work was completed in accordance with the 2015 International Residential Code and received full approval from Fairfax County building officials, ensuring quality construction that meets all local building standards.
