Master Bathroom
Designed as a true retreat, the master bathroom centers on Hampshire all-plywood cabinetry — a construction standard that speaks to lasting durability — finished with M430 hardware throughout. At the vanity, a SHWSCED800HBN faucet pairs with a YB8863BN vanity light fixture to create a refined, well-lit grooming space, while a 30x36 mirror with brushed nickel trim anchors the wall with clean, understated elegance. The custom bathtub, fitted with a 90938 faucet, serves as the room's sculptural centerpiece, while the shower system brings a spa-caliber experience through a PR891NCK valve trim, P0X8310A rough-in valve, 58472-SS shower head, and a P973030J shower arm with P960258J flange. Thoughtful accessibility is woven into the design with SHGB24CBN 24-inch and SHGB18CBN 18-inch grab bars in brushed nickel. Coordinating hardware — including the SHMLEDTHBN toilet paper holder, SHMLEDTRBN towel ring, and 2809US15 robe hooks — carries a cohesive finish language across every surface. Custom tile selected per design drawings and a heated flooring system with thermostat bring the space to its warmest, most welcoming finish.
Hall Bathroom
The hall bathroom balances everyday practicality with polished detail, anchored by an A04458000020 pedestal sink paired with a PLG49NC1K faucet — a classic combination that keeps the footprint open and airy. An A2392202020 bathtub with A1640305020 drain offers a clean, functional soaking option, while the shower is outfitted with PLG898NCK trim, a P0X8310A valve, and a 58472-SS shower head for a consistent, reliable experience. A CST446CUMFG toilet completes the fixtures with quiet efficiency. Storage and reflection are handled by a K-CB-CLC2026FS medicine cabinet, and the same coordinating hardware family from the master — SHMLEDTHBN toilet paper holder, SHMLEDTRBN towel ring, and 2809US15 robe hooks — creates a sense of continuity between the two spaces. Custom tile per design drawings gives the room its finishing character and visual warmth. A P2158-09 vanity light ties the space together overhead with a soft, flattering glow.
