This comprehensive basement renovation in Arlington, VA transformed an underutilized 270-square-foot space into a modern, multi-functional area featuring a redesigned laundry room and a completely reimagined owner's bathroom. The main basement area was reconfigured to include custom Hampshire cabinetry with Amerock Versa mushroom knobs, Calacatta Miraggio quartz and butcher block countertops, and a Crestwood fireclay farmhouse sink paired with a Kohler Simplice matte black pull-down faucet.
