Bathroom
Designed with clean, contemporary lines in mind, this bathroom centers on a custom glass shower enclosure outfitted with the Delta Trinsic shower set in a brushed nickel finish — a pairing that brings both visual cohesion and everyday ease to the space. The vanity cabinet is topped with a coordinating countertop and paired with a medicine cabinet for streamlined storage, while a modern toilet completes the suite. Underfoot and along the walls, a complete tile package — floors, walls, and shower surround alike — is unified through carefully selected coordinating grout colors that give the room a finished, intentional feel. A three-light vanity fixture provides warm, even illumination, and the exhaust fan with integrated light and night light feature ensures the space remains as functional after dark as it is beautiful by day.
Portico & Exterior Entry
The exterior entry makes a considered first impression with an Energy Star rated half-light solid front door, chosen as much for its performance as its curb appeal. Quality hardware and finishes have been selected to complement the home's existing aesthetic, ensuring the addition feels like a natural extension of the architecture rather than an afterthought. Overhead, an exterior ceiling fan brings a welcome layer of comfort to the portico — a thoughtful detail that extends the livability of this transitional space through every season.
