Kitchen The kitchen strikes a balance between warmth and craftsmanship, anchored by Hampshire cabinetry selected for its clean, enduring profile. Countertops were chosen to complement the cabinet palette, and the sink wall makes a quiet statement with a farmhouse-style apron sink sourced through Ferguson — a detail that grounds the space in both character and utility. The homeowners' existing kitchen faucet was carefully reinstalled, preserving a familiar touch within the updated design. Appliances were a deliberate blend of new and retained: the refrigerator was homeowner-provided, and the existing range was kept in place, keeping the focus of the renovation on the finishes and cabinetry that define the room's new identity. Cabinet hardware ties the selections together as a final, considered detail.

Master Bathroom The master bathroom was reimagined with a spa-forward sensibility. Tile materials from Tilebar bring texture and visual depth to the shower surround, while a Ferguson shower fixture package — inclusive of all rough-in components — delivers a cohesive, well-integrated result. A glass enclosure completes the shower, keeping the space open and light. Selections were made with an eye toward longevity and calm, letting the material quality speak for itself.

Sunroom and Main Living Areas Fresh paint throughout the sunroom and the connected kitchen and living room areas draws the newly enclosed spaces into a unified whole, giving the first floor a sense of continuity that feels both intentional and effortless. Underfoot, prefinished solid red oak hardwood flooring runs through the office, hallway, dining room, living room, and kitchen — a single material decision that does more to unify the home than almost any other. Shoe molding and standard transitions were installed throughout to deliver a clean, finished edge at every junction.
