The Result

Additional improvements included reconfiguring the laundry room with wall demolition to create a more spacious and functional area, complete with relocated washer/dryer connections and drywall finishing. A custom birch plywood laundry chute was constructed to connect the second floor to the first floor for added convenience. The project also addressed HVAC needs with electrical runs for new heating and cooling equipment, dryer vent relocation, and various plumbing updates including hall bathroom fixtures. The result is a modernized, efficient living space with improved flow and functionality throughout multiple areas of the home.
