The project involved constructing a 15' x 25' two-story addition featuring a new primary bathroom suite on the second floor and expanded kitchen space on the main level. The scope included full structural work with continuous footings, foundation walls, steel beam installation, and exterior finishes with Hardie Plank siding and new roofing across both the addition and existing house. The project required complete demolition of the existing rear masonry wall, windows, and exterior door, along with relocation of existing mechanical systems.
