The Result

The second floor added a luxurious primary bathroom suite complete with double-sink vanity, large tiled shower with glass enclosure, heated floors, and premium finishes. The existing hall bathroom received a complete remodel with new fixtures, tiled shower with glass, and updated ventilation. The project included comprehensive HVAC rezoning with a new heat pump system, complete electrical work with recessed LED lighting throughout, new plumbing points across multiple areas, and a new composite Trex deck with stairs providing outdoor access. All work was completed to code with proper permits and inspections, ensuring seamless integration with the home's existing architecture and design aesthetic.
