Powder Room
Designed to make a refined first impression, this powder room pairs custom vanity cabinetry — specified in the SAV30GR and SV05000 configurations — with a cohesive suite of American Standard 7353 Series fixtures finished in satin nickel. The vanity faucet, towel ring, and toilet paper holder move through the space in quiet coordination, their brushed warmth lending an understated sophistication to every detail. A Kohler toilet in classic white (K-3551-0) anchors the room with clean, familiar lines, appointed with a K-4636-0 seat and a K-11069 lever in brushed nickel that bridges seamlessly to the American Standard hardware palette. The walls are clad in Bianco tile in a 12x24 format, whose elongated profile and crisp white tone add visual height and a sense of calm. An MT638 mirror reflects it all back beautifully, framed above by an SCH8602BN vanity light in brushed nickel — a finishing touch that keeps the room's metal story consistent from floor to ceiling. Moisture management is handled discreetly by an AE80B ventilation fan, ensuring the space stays as fresh as it looks.
