Designed to function as a true extension of the home's living space, the four-season room centers on a well-appointed wet bar finished in LG Viatera Lumina quartz — a surface that balances durability with a clean, sophisticated aesthetic. Paired beneath it is a Blanco Precis SILGRANIT undermount bar sink, chosen for its refined profile and exceptional resistance to daily use, complemented by a Delta Trinsic pull-down faucet in Arctic Stainless. The cabinetry throughout is semi-custom Hampshire with all-plywood construction, dovetail drawers, and soft-close mechanisms — details that speak to the craftsmanship behind every cabinet door. Emtek Jasper 4-inch bar pulls in an industrial modern finish add a confident, contemporary edge to the millwork. Approximately 400 square feet of luxury vinyl tile flows seamlessly across the floor, grounding the space with warmth and practicality. A homeowner-selected beverage center integrates neatly into the bar configuration, while under-cabinet lighting adds a layer of ambient glow. Overhead, a wood bead board ceiling with paint-grade trim and a standard mantle surround lends the room its signature character — casual and refined in equal measure.

The fireplace surround anchors the outdoor living experience with a Virginia Mist granite hearth, its cool grey tones complementing the warmth of the brick veneer chimney exterior. That same Virginia Mist granite carries through to the outdoor grilling area countertop, creating a cohesive material story across the entertaining spaces. Underfoot, a flagstone patio with integrated steps establishes a natural, grounded foundation, while aluminum railings provide clean-lined structure without interrupting the view. As evening falls, low-voltage landscape lighting and flush-mount carriage light fixtures work in concert to set a welcoming, well-considered ambiance throughout the exterior.
