The Result

The scope encompassed full demolition, framing, electrical system updates, HVAC modifications, and finish work including drywall installation, interior trim, hardwood flooring, and fresh paint throughout. The first-floor eat-in kitchen area received particular attention with updated finishes and improved spatial relationships to adjacent living areas. All work was completed with proper permitting and project management oversight, resulting in a modernized interior that enhanced both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
