Bar Area
Designed for effortless entertaining, the bar area anchors the basement with custom cabinetry dressed in Nouveau brushed satin nickel pulls at 1-1/4" — a contemporary hardware choice that feels both refined and approachable. Whisper White countertops bring a clean, bright contrast to the space, while the Delta Contemporary single-hole bar faucet pairs naturally with the Dunwoody Duluth designer undermount stainless steel sink in a coordinating brushed satin finish. A built-in wine chiller rounds out the bar, making this a space that's as functional as it is inviting.
Bathroom
The bathroom takes a considered approach to tile, with custom wall tile and coordinating grout selections that bring cohesion and character to the space. In the shower, the American Standard Hampton single-handle faucet and valve in polished chrome delivers a classically clean finish that complements the tile work without competing with it — a quietly confident choice that will stand the test of time.
Interior Finishes
Flowing throughout the entire basement, Armstrong Luxe Rigid Core luxury vinyl tile in the Falcon Primitive Forest colorway grounds the space with the warmth of a wood-look aesthetic in a durable, water-resistant format. The 6" x 48" plank format lends a sense of scale and continuity that ties each area of the basement together seamlessly.
Storage Room
Practical by design, the storage room includes provisions for a utility sink — a thoughtful addition that keeps the functional demands of the home tucked neatly out of sight.
