Master Bath
Designed with a crisp, cohesive aesthetic in mind, the master bath brings together a carefully curated palette of matte black fixtures and luminous white surfaces. Marbella White Q quartz carries throughout the space — appearing on the vanity countertop, shower curb, knee wall cap, and bench top — lending a sense of continuity and understated luxury. Custom vanity cabinetry is finished with a coordinating mirror frame and cabinet pulls, while a Kohler sink (K-20000-0) is paired with a Delta matte black faucet (3559-BLMPU-DST) to anchor the grooming area. In the shower, a complete Delta matte black plumbing suite takes shape with a shower valve trim (T14059-BL), diverter valve trim (T11859-BL), showerhead (52688-BL), and a hand shower package — all working in quiet harmony with the designer tile selections throughout. A Kohler toilet (K-3998-RA-0) with matching seat completes the suite. Matte black accessories — including a towel bar, towel ring, robe hook, toilet paper holder, and grab bar — carry the finish language to every corner of the room, while dual vanity lights (P2159-31) cast an even, flattering glow that ties the entire space together.
Powder Room
The powder room makes a confident impression in a compact footprint. A custom vanity unit (WRME2891) is paired with a coordinated countertop, vanity sink, and faucet, while a coordinating mirror (WRME3058) completes the built-in look above. A Kohler toilet (K-3998-RA-0) with seat (K-4636-0) brings the same refined fixture standard found in the master bath, and designer tile selections add visual interest underfoot and on the walls. A coordinating towel ring and toilet paper holder finish the space with intention, while the vanity light (BRAY5135) provides a warm focal point that elevates the room beyond the expected.
