Full Bathroom Crafted around a cohesive palette of warm metallics and refined European plumbing, the hall bathroom centers on a Bertch vanity paired with a wall-mount Grohe Atrio two-handle faucet in a coordinating finish, supplied through a Grohe wall-mount rough-in valve with a three-hole configuration. The Grohe Atrio lever handle pair completes the vanity faucet assembly with understated, architectural precision. A Hansgrohe push-open sink drain adds a seamless, hardware-forward detail at the basin.

The shower and tub surround represent the heart of the design. A Kohler Irvine 60" x 30" three-wall alcove bath with a left-hand drain anchors the wet zone, finished with a Kohler Clearflo tub drain kit with overflow in matte black. The shower system is built around the Grohe Rapido SmartBox universal rough-in valve, controlled by the Grohe Grohtherm triple-function thermostatic valve trim with triple knob handles and volume control — a setup that delivers precise temperature and flow management. A Grohe Rainshower SmartActive 1.75 GPM multi-function shower head with DreamSpray and EcoJoy technology is mounted on a Grohe 5.625" shower arm with flange, while a Grohe Rainshower 36-5/8" slide bar accommodates a Grohe Universal 69" metal twist-free shower hose and matching hand shower. A Grohe Rainshower single wall supply elbow completes the shower plumbing assembly. The Grohe Atrio tub spout ties the tub and shower finishes together seamlessly.

Accessories throughout the bathroom follow the Grohe Atrio and Essentials Cube collections for a unified look: an Atrio 8" towel ring, an Atrio towel hook, and an Atrio toilet paper holder keep the walls clean and intentional, while a Grohe Essentials Cube 23-5/8" multi-towel rack provides generous storage. A vintage rounded rectangular mirror anchors the vanity wall with a softer, organic counterpoint to the room's more structured fixtures. The toilet is a Kohler Cimarron 1.6 GPF two-piece round chair-height model with a left-hand lever, paired with a Kohler Cachet ReadyLatch quiet-close toilet seat in white.

The space is ventilated by a Panasonic 100 CFM, 0.9-sone ceiling-mounted exhaust fan — whisper-quiet and HVI certified — and finished with a Lambert Knurled Sconce at the vanity, adding a tactile, design-forward note that ties the room's warm material story together.
