The Result

The renovation expanded beyond the initial interior work to include exterior enhancements and hardscaping features. Quality materials and craftsmanship were prioritized throughout, with premium Andersen windows and doors selected for their durability and aesthetic appeal. The project also addressed unforeseen conditions in the existing structure, including critical repairs to building systems and framing, ensuring the long-term integrity of both the new construction and existing home. An attractive stone sitting wall with veneer sides and cap was added to complement the outdoor living space and tie together the overall design vision.
