The Result

The new bathroom showcases high-end finishes throughout, including heated tile flooring across approximately 90 square feet, extensive wall tile covering 200 square feet, and a custom tiled shower with a 25-square-foot pan and frameless glass enclosure by Dulles Glass and Mirror. A freestanding oval soaking tub with a modern matte black tub filler creates a spa-like centerpiece, complemented by a custom vanity with quartz countertops and dual sinks with matte black faucets. Luxury amenities include an electric tankless water heater dedicated to the primary bath, a heated towel rack, LED-lit mirrors, a bidet toilet seat, and premium ventilation with separate exhaust fans for the shower and water closet. The bedroom and closet received carpet flooring by Mohawk to coordinate with the existing aesthetic, while double interior doors at the bedroom entry, a solid core bathroom door, and two pocket doors for the water closet and walk-in closet enhance privacy and flow. All new walls, ceilings, doors, and trim were finished with paint, extending to affected areas in the morning and breakfast rooms for a cohesive result.
