Kitchen
Designed to balance everyday livability with refined detail, the Little Street Kitchen centers on custom Stonebridge cabinetry in Maple with a Chantilly finish, full overlay doors, and a shadow detail that lends quiet architectural depth to the space. Calacatta Clara quartz from Q Quartz carries the countertops with a clean, marble-inspired elegance that holds up beautifully to daily use. The appliance suite is drawn entirely from GE Profile, bringing together a french-door refrigerator, gas range with convection oven, over-the-range microwave, and dishwasher in a cohesive, performance-driven lineup. At the sink, an Elkay Dayton undermount stainless steel basin pairs with a Delta Trinsic pull-down faucet in chrome — a combination that feels both modern and unfussy — while an InSinkErator Evolution disposal works quietly beneath the surface. Top Knobs hardware in the M1155 and M1119 profiles adds a considered finishing touch to every cabinet and drawer, and a custom tile backsplash brings warmth and texture that ties the full room together.
Bathroom
The bathroom is composed with a classic sensibility, anchored by a Kohler Memoirs pedestal sink and a Kohler Highline comfort-height elongated toilet with Cachet seat — a pairing that brings timeless form to a hardworking space. The shower is outfitted with a Delta Lahara system featuring a handheld showerhead on a slide bar, all finished in chrome, and a vinyl tempered fixed window introduces natural light without sacrificing privacy. Delta Lahara accessories — including a towel bar, towel ring, and tissue holder — carry the chrome finish throughout, creating a sense of cohesion across every detail. A Kohler Archer 20x31 frameless mirrored medicine cabinet offers both function and a clean, open feel above the vanity. Custom tile selections for the floors, walls, and side splash bring the space its most personal touch, while a NuTone LoProfile ventilation fan keeps everything quietly, efficiently comfortable.
