The Result

The primary bathroom was designed with accessibility in mind, featuring a generous tiled shower with safety grab bars, dual-sink vanity with mirrors, modern fixtures, waterproof recessed lighting, and quality tile flooring. The walk-in closet included an accessible 36-inch doorway, hardwood flooring to match the existing bedroom, recessed lighting, and natural light from new windows. The project also encompassed remodeling the existing living area into the primary bedroom space, with refinished flooring, enhanced lighting, and fresh finishes. Additional scope included installation of a custom field-built stained wood handrail for the main staircase, rough grading of the side yard to accommodate future landscaping, and provision of a new ductless split HVAC unit to efficiently climate-control the addition. All work included full architectural and engineering services, comprehensive project management, and coordination of all necessary permits and inspections.
