The Result

Complementing the kitchen expansion, the project included construction of a spacious 330-square-foot screened porch, perfect for year-round enjoyment of the outdoor environment. New decking was installed on both sides of the screened porch, creating multiple outdoor zones for relaxation and entertainment. All work was completed under permit with Fairfax County, adhering to IRC 2015 building codes and ensuring full compliance with local regulations.
