The project included structural foundation work with engineered footings, framing for the addition, and installation of composite decking with custom railings. The scope encompassed complete exterior finishing with HardiePlank cedarmill siding in Khaki Brown, smooth trim in Sail Cloth, and a standing seam metal roof in Dark Bronze. Interior work included spray foam insulation upgrades for enhanced energy efficiency, complete electrical systems with recessed and LED cabinet lighting, tile installation, and plumbing fixture coordination.
