The full basement bathroom was conceived as a refined, spa-like retreat, anchored by an Elegant Lighting Park Avenue 21" freestanding vanity in black with a white marble top — a striking contrast that sets the tone for the entire space. A Delta Nicoli widespread faucet in stainless steel carries the finish language forward, while Delta Trinsic accessories maintain that same cool, consistent palette. The shower is outfitted with a Delta Galeon thermostatic system paired with an adjustable 24" slide bar and hand shower, offering precise comfort and flexibility.
