Designed with a warm, spa-like sensibility, the master bathroom centers on a James Martin Chicago 60" vanity finished in weathered white, topped with a 3cm Eternal Serena quartz countertop and outfitted with dual sinks for effortless shared use. A Signature Hardware Sitka 60" x 30" three-wall alcove acrylic soaking tub anchors the room with a sense of quiet luxury, while Delta Trinsic fixtures — including a widespread vanity faucet, tub faucet, and thermostatic shower system with integrated volume control — carry a cohesive champagne bronze finish throughout. The custom tiled shower is enclosed in a semi-frameless glass surround, keeping the space feeling open and refined. A TOTO Aquia IV dual-flush elongated toilet and a Wyndham Collection Deborah 30" wall-mounted bathroom cabinet round out the functional elements with clean, considered lines. Coordinating Delta Trinsic accessories — towel bar, towel ring, robe hook, and tissue holder — continue the champagne bronze palette, while a Sabine metal arch wall mirror adds sculptural presence above the vanity. The Designers Fountain Westin 3-light vanity light in burnished gold casts a warm, flattering glow that brings the entire space together.

Conceived as a true outdoor living extension, the screened porch is built to endure the seasons without sacrificing style. Composite tongue-and-groove decking and composite railings offer lasting durability underfoot and at the perimeter, while a vinyl beadboard ceiling lends a classic, cottage-inspired finish overhead. A MinkaAire Java 54" outdoor ceiling fan with remote keeps the space comfortable through warm Virginia evenings, and recessed lighting throughout ensures the porch transitions seamlessly from afternoon gatherings to after-dark entertaining.
