At the vanity, a Delta widespread faucet in matching Champagne Bronze pairs with an integrated countertop for a seamless, tailored look. An 18-inch towel bar and coordinating accessories continue the suite finish throughout. Custom tile covers the bathroom surfaces from floor to shower walls, lending the space a bespoke quality, and a frameless glass enclosure keeps the shower feeling open and airy. The room is anchored by a custom mirror with integrated lighting — a clean, architectural detail that illuminates the space while doubling as a design statement. An American Standard toilet completes the suite with reliable, understated function.

The addition's living areas are grounded in the warmth of 3¼-inch unfinished hardwood flooring, professionally sanded and finished on-site to achieve a seamless, continuous look across the addition and sunroom. A prefabricated fireplace with a custom surround serves as the natural focal point of the main living space — a detail that brings both character and comfort to the room. In the bedroom closets and linen storage areas, paint-grade MDF shelving provides clean, crisp organization that can be finished to match the surrounding millwork.
