Kitchen The kitchen strikes a balance between warmth and culinary ambition, anchored by Hampshire cabinetry outfitted with brushed nickel hardware (cabinet hardware 84055.RECUS4.KNUS19) and topped with Calacatta Miraggio Gold honed quartz — a stone whose soft, matte finish brings an understated sophistication to the perimeter and island surfaces. A custom tile backsplash adds texture and visual depth behind the range, tying together the cabinetry and appliance suite. The sink is a Ruvati RVH8301 undermount, paired with a Delta Nicoli single-hole pull-down kitchen faucet in matte black — a finish that threads through the space as a quiet, consistent accent. Waste management is handled by an InSinkErator Badger ¾ HP continuous feed disposal with a coordinating matte black air switch trim at the countertop.

Appliances anchor the kitchen's professional character. The Bosch Benchmark induction slide-in range in stainless steel serves as the cooking centerpiece, accompanied by a Bosch range hood (AK9528AS) and a Bosch microwave (SMD2470ASY) for a fully integrated cooking wall. A GE Profile French door refrigerator (PVD28BYNFS) provides generous storage, and a dedicated beverage center rounds out the suite. Overhead, Capital Lighting Mila single-light pendants in aged brass hang above the island — their warm metallic tone offering a considered contrast to the matte black plumbing fixtures and stainless steel appliances.

Wet Bar Designed as a natural extension of the kitchen's entertaining spirit, the wet bar brings its own refined utility to the space. A Ruvati Roma 15" undermount single-basin stainless steel sink (RVH8304) sits beneath a Delta single-hole bar and prep faucet in matte black (model 14882LF-BL), maintaining the matte black finish language established in the main kitchen. A matching beverage center keeps drinks at the ready, making the wet bar a fully self-sufficient hub for hosting.
