Kitchen The kitchen strikes a balance between warmth and quiet drama, anchored by Hampshire cabinetry finished with cabinet hardware in a brushed nickel profile. Countertops throughout are honed Calacatta Miraggio Gold quartz — a material whose soft, matte surface and warm veining read as distinctly elevated without demanding attention. The primary sink is the RVH8301 from Ferguson, paired with the Delta Nicoli pull-down kitchen faucet in matte black — a single-hole design with an escutcheon that keeps the deck clean and intentional. Waste management is handled by an InSinkErator Badger 3/4 HP continuous feed disposal, activated via an InSinkErator air switch with a matte black STC-BLK sink-top trim button, maintaining a cohesive dark accent thread across the sink zone.

The appliance suite was owner-selected and MOSS-coordinated, centering on a Benchmark Induction Slide-in Range 30" in stainless steel (HIIP057U) paired with the AK9528AS range hood above. A GE Profile French door refrigerator (PVD28BYNFS), the SMD2470ASY microwave, and a beverage center round out the package. Overhead, two Capital Lighting Mila pendants in Aged Brass (C342411AD, sourced through Ferguson) anchor the island with a warm metallic note that plays beautifully against the honed quartz below.

Wet Bar Designed as a self-contained hospitality zone, the wet bar centers on a Ruvati Roma 15" undermount single-basin stainless steel sink (RVH8304) served by the Delta 1.5 GPM single-hole bar and prep faucet in matte black (14882LF-BL) — a compact, purposeful pairing that mirrors the matte black finish language of the main kitchen. A dedicated beverage center keeps the space fully functional, and a sink drain completes the plumbing package. The result is a bar that feels considered rather than incidental.
